The Institute for Global Workforce Standards is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking barriers and creating equitable career opportunities for underserved communities. We provide specialized, tuition-free industrial training that prepares individuals for high-demand careers in heavy equipment operation, green energy, and workforce reintegration. As the only regional training center aligned with the emerging NJ Wind Port and local logistics leaders, we are uniquely positioned to connect our graduates with meaningful employment in New Jersey’s expanding logistics and renewable energy sectors.
